Previous Developments

ERM Development Corporation, Inc. has been developing and building houses for almost 35 years and we are proud to have helped so many families build a happy home and community.

We have 2 current developments Maitland Village Townhomes and Lotus Vista Condominium. Here are some of our other developments over the years:

	Duplex: Built in 2004, this is a small project in the prime location of the city of Altamonte Springs. This building is made up of two units which share a common wall. Each unit is 3,200 sq.ft. The units include an oversized room with a walk-in closet, a private bathroom and a separate entrance.
	Wekiva Village: Established in 2000, ERM brought a never before seen product to the Greater Orlando area. Fifteen buildings of four units per building, making a total of 60 units offered four different floor plans ranging in size from 1750 sq.ft.-2540 sq.ft. This residential community also provided its residence with a swimming pool and clubhouse. ERM won first place in the Parade of Homes for Wekiva Village.
	Longwood Club: Created in 1996, this 57 lot subdivision was developed by ERM. Concluding the development process of Longwood Club, all 57 lots were sold to Beezer Homes who became the General Contractors of the community by building all the homes.
	Pearl Lake Villas: Started in 1994, this subdivision entails 25 zero lot-lines with single family homes. ERM developed and built all the homes in this community. Four different floor plans were offered to homeowners ranging from 1,900 sq.ft-2,300 sq.ft. Homeowners take advantage of Pearl Lake Villas’ prime location and intimacy of the small community.
	Country Creek Estates: Began in 1990, a 66 lot single family home community. ERM developed and built the entire community. Homes featured eclectic California inspired floor plans ranging from 2,500 sq.ft.-4,500 sq.ft. Homeowners are able to enjoy lakefront scenery, a woodsy trail, a community pool and a clubhouse.
	Whispering Winds : Our first major endeavor, started in 1986, is an upscale neighborhood of forty-one 1-acre lots. ERM developed this piece of property in addition to building a few individual custom homes in the neighborhood. The other lots were sold to custom home builders.
